New Client!!

Today we internally announced our newest client!

We will be helping to migrate wireless customers onto a new billing system. This is something we do very well!

As you know, one of our proudest accomplishments is that Center Partners is 100% reference-able with all current and past clients. Very few businesses can make a such a claim. SF Event Complete

#1 is done! Our first event, 360 - Degree Digital Engagement is now in the past. The two months of prep was well worth it as several of our clients came and had a great time! Our presenters were right on the mark as expected and even had a few folks stay behind to check out some additional demos...what a great sign.

Little left to do....an executive summary, thank you notes, contact info updates, etc. We did video the event which will be exciting to watch...or not...I did do a little presentation at the end...not sure I want to watch myself....who am I kidding, of course I want to watch myself....:)

Now looking for ideas for our 2nd event...I have a feeling this is the first in a line of many!

San Francisco Event

I just realized that I haven't posted any info on the CP event being held next week in San Francisco :(

I have been working hard with the team to prepare for the event, getting presenters, creating the marketing material, etc.

This is my first event so I am certain I will learn a lot and next time will be much smoother....I hope!

The event is open to local San Francisco execs and will cover 3 topics under the Social Media umbrella. 1) Communication trends....and how to leverage them for to protect brand reputation. 2) Corp websites...how to survive in a social world? 3) Digital Learning....Engaging 2.0 training.

Should be a great time....now, if we can just get more execs to register!

Creative Meeting Today

As some of you may know, I have been asked to lead our creative efforts along side of our partners at an external marketing team. Our goal is to get our message out there (and inside CP as well)! Both our message and the way in which we get it out is very personal to us. We must make sure we get it exactly right. As we examine the message of what we do, there is a lot of ground to cover. But where we ultimately land is on the idea of providing the wow moments that I defined an my earlier Wow Moments post. Our goal here with the message is to not tell somebody what a wow moment is, but rather to have them experience it. This task will require a skilled storyteller!

I truly believe that at CP, our mission is and has been to uncover, create or deliver these moments to our employees as well as our customers. That is why we are here, this is quite simply what we do.

I remember a time when I went on a trip to Seattle with some of you to watch a Mariners game. I sure you remember the great view from the luxury box, and the feeling you had as you stood on the field and waved to the crowd....wow! That's what I'm talking about.

So, now I need your help. I need your CP wow moments. Take a minute to think about it, they are all around. After all, these moments are what we are about. I will be sharing your stories with our ad team so make them real, make them personal, and make them fun. I look forward to seeing them. Please share this task with your peers.....let's get some great stories!

WOW MOMENTS

Wow moments, the way that I define them, are those moments in life that transform your perspective. Those "epiphany" moments. The moments in life where you instantly begin to see possibilities where you used to only see limitations. Like the moment you first saw the iPod. Or the moment our country made history with the induction of our 44th president. How about the moment you first saw an automobile become an icon of social responsibility.

We call these moments the "thoughtful" wow moments. The moments you begin to realize that you can be energized again, you can be excited about what is to come. If you find yourself saying, "wow, why didn't I think of that!", or "wow, that's cool!", you are in this moment.

At CP, we are focused on creating those moments for each of our customers.
